Family history research is a fun, exciting, and popular hobby. Often in the genealogical research process only statistical data is found. Our goal is to find and preserve portrait photos and also to reunite those photographs with the descendants of those people who are the subjects of the photos.

To accomplish our goal we are creating an antique portrait photo archive. This archive may be searched by you at anytime with no charge here at the Ancestry Photos website. Find photos as well as histories of your ancestors. The photographs and histories that you find may then be purchased on CD ROM.
